2/13/2026ACH Payments UpdatePreviously, when an ACH charge failed, the ACH payment method was automatically removed. This behavior is now optional. A new setting has been added to the Payment Settings page, allowing users to enable or disable the automatic removal (cleanup) of ACH payment methods after a failed charge.
This provides greater control over payment handling preferences.
2/13/2026Systems UpdateUsers can now add or delete systems directly from the Deal page. If a system is linked to existing entities (such as a Work Order, Subscription, Task, or Purchase Order), a warning message will appear:
“This system has associated records. Deleting this system will remove it from those associations.”
This ensures users are aware of related records before proceeding.

- Vendors can now be assigned as billing information on related Site invoices and estimates.
- The system remembers previously used Relationships, allowing them to be reused for other Vendors.
- Vendors are now visible on Contact and Company pages, pulled from related Sites.

2/11/2026General Ledger Report UpdateThe General Ledger report has been enhanced to improve tax reporting accuracy. Previously, taxes were included within income totals grouped by Sales Accounts. Now, taxes are displayed as a separate block and are excluded from other income calculations when enabled. This behavior is configurable using the “Collect taxes to separate account” option.

1/20/2026Delete Invoice ButtonUsers can now delete an invoice, but only when the invoice is Open and has no transactions.
When an invoice is deleted:
- It is removed from any consolidated invoice it was included in
- It is detached from the Estimate, if it was previously linked
Permissions: Only users with the roles Admin, Super Admin, or Accounting can delete invoices. For all other users, the button is hidden.

Two new lines have been introduced for Consolidated Invoices:
Invoice Past Due – Displays the total past due amount for the invoices included in the consolidated invoice.
Total Past Due – Shows the overall past due balance for all invoices associated with the Contact or Company.
7/25/2025New Roles Introduced: Limited Technician and Advanced TechnicianWe introduced a new role called Advanced Technician, and renamed the existing Technician role to Limited Technician.
Key Changes:
1. Technician role has been renamed to Limited Technician.
2. Advanced Technicians have expanded access—they can view all Invoices and all sections under the Accounting tab, unlike Limited Technicians.
7/24/2025“Send Notifications Only for Individual Invoices” Setting Added to Mail and WH Mail ConfigurationsPreviously, the Email Individual Invoices setting on Contact and Company pages ensured that users did not receive consolidated invoices via email. Now, this setting has been renamed to Send Notifications Only for Individual Invoices and expanded to apply not only to Emails but also to Mail and WH Mail delivery methods.

7/17/2025New Module: CSR Role NotificationsThis release introduces automated notifications for all CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) associated with a client's account when an e-agreement is fully completed (i.e., all required parties have signed).
Once the e-agreement is completed:
• Each CSR will receive an SMS and email notification,
• Notifications are sent based on the individual CSR’s preferences set in their profile settings.
7/10/2025Tech Role Access Restrictions Updated-Technicians, Customer Service staff, Tech Managers, and Sales personnel do not have access to view or modify their own HR profiles. Additionally, they are restricted from viewing or editing anyone else’s HR information.
- Individuals assigned the Technician role are not permitted to view product cost information or modify product costs or resale prices. The only exception is when performing a circle call or processing a sale, where limited access may apply for operational purposes.
- Technicians are not authorized to create new warehouse entries within the system.
- Technicians are allowed to view warehouses associated with their role. However, they do not have permissions to manually edit warehouse information.
