Our communications partners have extensive experience providing the line quality the alarm industry demands independent of legacy POTS technology. Fielding an array of major receivers such as Surgard, Bosch, and DMP means that all major reporting formats are supported.
Need wireless communication for your panels? We support all major GSM communication services including Connect24, Alarmnet, Alarm.com, TelGuard, SecureNet, and the very affordable M2M service, just to name a few. In addition, we also have AES Multinet receivers for shortwave radio service.
We also have an array of major IP receivers including Surgard, Bosch, DMP, Firelite(Teldat), and others.
Our advanced technology connects PERS and alarm two-way voice verification directly to the operator handling the alarm event and is compatible with all phone line-based two-way voice processes.
