How to Request Account and Data Deletion
Since Workhorse SCS is a specialized B2B client relationship management (CRM) application, user accounts are provisioned for business operations. If you no longer require access or wish to have your personal data removed, please submit a direct request to our support team:

When submitting your request via email, please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and provide your registered email address, full name, and the name of the company you are associated with.
What Data Will Be Processed for Deletion?
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.
- Your user account credentials and profile info (Name, Email, Phone number).
- Device identifiers associated with your account.
- Please note: Any operational data, work orders, or job photos uploaded to the CRM remain the property of the tenant (your employer/company) and will be retained for business records, safety compliance, and financial reporting.
Data Retention Exceptions
We will delete or completely anonymize all personal profile data unless we are legally required to retain certain information under applicable local, state, or federal laws.
